WE USE COMMERCIALLY PURCHASED ORGANIC CLEANING SUPPLIES~NO HARSH CHEMICAL. Sometimes there is a need to use Regular Household supplies.
We have our own cleaning supplies, but do ask that you provide Paper Towels (of good quality) and what you use for dusting. People are very particular as to whether they want oil/pledge/swiffer.
For Move Out & or Spring cleanings please provide paper towels , Mr. Clean Magic Erasers & a garbage bag.

Our Regular Cleaning is divided into 4 different Packages:
Bare Minimum Package (The Bear)
~ Vacuuming all floors/stairs ~ Sweeping all floors/stairs ~ Mopping all floors/stairs. ~ Clean & sanitize all bathrooms (showers/tubs/inside & outside of toilets/mirrors /counters). ~ Clean & sanitize kitchen counters, microwave & stove top. ~ Empty trash in each room. All cleaning supplies, with the exception of paper towels, are provided. No dusting is included in this package. Please leave out a roll of paper towels.
Basic Package (The Moose)
~ Vacuuming all floors/stairs ~ Sweeping all floors/stairs ~ Mopping all floors/stairs. ~ Clean and sanitize all bathrooms-showers/tubs/inside & outside of toilets/mirrors/counters. ~ Clean and sanitize kitchen counters, microwave, stove top, sink, outside of appliances. ~ Fill dishwasher ~ Dusting (pledge wood; swiffer the rest). Deluxe Package (The Husky)

Detailed/Spring/Fall Cleaning: For when you really want to get everything, "top to bottom" and "inside & out." Deep cleaning is also recommended the first time that we clean, followed by regular weekly or bi-weekly cleanings to maintain your clean home. Detailed cleaning includes: ~ Vacuuming all floors/stairs ~ Sweeping all floors/stairs ~ Mopping all floors/stairs ~ Clean and sanitize all bathrooms - showers/tubs/inside & outside of toilets/mirrors/counters ~ Clean and sanitize kitchen counters, microwave, stove top, sink, outside of appliances ~ Wipe down fronts of kitchen cupboards ~ Dusting (pledge wood; swiffer the rest). Carpet Cleaning: See rate schedule on Rates Page. If your house has limited carpets, please call us to discuss a different rate
Small Commercial Offices: We understand the importance of your company's image and office appearance. We can provide you with our high quality service to upkeep that image. Our rates are different for commercial cleanings. Please call us for a commercial quote.
Remodel/Construction Clean-up: We can come in immediately after construction or remodeling to thoroughly clean all of the below areas. Each job is custom tailored to your needs. We can normally provide any cleaning services required to make the area ready for occupancy. Cost for remodel/construction clean-up is .30 per sq ft (all windows inside & out , within safe reach are included).
Inside:
All surfaces cleaned and polished: including doorknobs, outlets and switch plate covers
Floors swept and mopped
Carpets vacuumed
Windows: Inside & out (within safe reach); including sills, frames and tracks cleaned
Fireplaces (excluding chimney) dusted
All lables. stickers, decals removed
Appliances: stove, oven, fridge, etc. wiped down and polished
Cabinets, cupboards, drawers all vacuumed and wiped out and outsides polished
Baseboards, trim, moulding, doors and door frames dusted
Built in shelves dusted
Closets, pantries, laundry areas included
Bathrooms: tubs, sinks, shower stalls and doors, toilets all cleaned and polished
Mirrors and glass polished
Stairs vacuumed or mopped Small Debris removed (large debris should be removed by sub-contractors)
Outside on request (extra charge of $25):
Garage floors, patios, walks, decks, stairs swept
Touch Up (on request) - Separate Cost .15 per sq ft. Vacuum Sweep Re-shine Damp mop Spot clean all areas Trash removal
We do require that when we come to clean your home, that you leave the house so we may focus on the cleaning.
Too many times in the past, people have stayed home and it has caused us not to be able to focus properly on the cleaning that needs to be done. (Even if you are 'out of sight', it still creates an inablility for me to focus on the job at hand). Which is why we generally come to clean between the hours of when you leave for work and when you return home if you have not booked yourself in a designated timeslot on our Book Now feature.
Refunds: There are NO refunds offered under any circumstances. Cleanings are fully transferrable. If per chance you are not happy with an area of the cleaning, PLEASE inform us of such and the problem will be corrected. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY !!!!!
